Main features of the platform

Online platform supporting internship maintenance process, which gathers in one place:

• education units
• students from schools with different study background
• entrepreneurs

The platform is unique on a national scale. The platform is used to serve apprenticeships in Poland and in students from Poland being abroad on international apprenticeships.

The platform is available online and can be accessed both from computer or mobile devices. Usage of new technologies allows for using the solution on any platform without necessity of installing additional software.

Three main groups of users

Employer – has the ability to plan an internship as scheduled

has the ability to schedule an internship in accordance with dedicated tools and company’s characteristics, e.g. gastronomic company with pizzeria profile, pizza oven; task during the internship: learning how to bake pizza cake

Teacher – accepts apprenticeship’s plan scheduled by the employer and assigns students to it, in previously established time and available. The teacher is supervising the internship and helping to clarify content-related matters through the internal communication system.

Student – fills training journal, describes its own observations and reports absence after logging in to the platform.

International characteristics of the platform

In case of internships in German companies, internships’ schedule and evaluation together with tasks’ description was delivered in two languages: Polish and German.

Additionally, for fluent communication process student and employer will have Polish-German phrase book system integrated with consideration of business they participate in.

Complex support of the organization process, management and internship account.

The teacher has sort of a internship exchange in different industrial categories, dates and examplary internships’ schedules created by employers, at his disposal.

The platform supports document management process through the possibility of generating all types of documents:
